Tadashi Yoshida
President & CEO / COO
Tadashi Yoshida

Graduated from Eichi University, Faculty of Letters, Department of English Language and Literature. After working as a manager at an apparel store for a local corporation in Saipan, he started his own business in Saipan, but later closed it and returned to Japan. He joined Kinko's Japan Co., Ltd., where he served as store manager, area manager, and head of store operations. Later, he co-founded Net Square Co., Ltd. (now Raksul Factory Co., Ltd.) and became the Director of Marketing. Subsequently, he founded ACCEA Co., Ltd. and assumed the position of President and CEO, a role he continues to hold today.

Hironori Ebina

Hironori Ebina

Graduated from Shizuoka University, Faculty of Informatics, Department of Information Science. After working in product development at Canon Inc., he became independent in 2018. As a product manager, he led projects in platform development, image analysis, and data analysis. In March 2022, he was appointed as the CEO of ACCEA Technologies. In February 2025, he will assume the role of Director & CTO at ACCEA Inc.

Kazuo Kino

Kazuo Kino

Graduated from California State University with a degree in Computer Science. He worked as an R&D engineer at DOCOMO Innovations, Inc. in the U.S. before joining a local IT venture, where he was engaged in software development. After returning to Japan, he worked as an IT consultant at Accenture Japan Ltd. He later founded a software and AI venture and subsequently joined ACCEA Co., Ltd. as a Director. Originally from China, raised in Japan, and with academic and professional experience in the U.S., he leads projects as a full-stack engineer.

Mika Ikehata

Mika Ikehata

Born in Shibuya, Tokyo. Studied design at Setsu Mode Seminar. While raising children, she worked as a freelance graphic designer, handling book and picture book designs. Joined ACCEA in 2012, gaining experience in corporate sales, store management, area management, and as the head of store operations. Appointed as a Director in November 2021, she focuses on expanding the franchise business and promoting new ventures.

Satoshi Hishida

Satoshi Hishida

Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Engineering. As an IT engineer, he has participated in projects involving image analysis, web services, and mobile application development. Since March 2022, he has served as a Director of ACCEA Technologies Co., Ltd. In February 2025, he was appointed as an Executive Officer at ACCEA Co., Ltd.

Masaki Ikehata

Masaki Ikehata

Graduated from the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics, Dokkyo University. Started his career at a major imported car dealership as a new graduate. Later joined ACCEA in 2014, where he built a strong track record as a sales representative, store manager, and area manager. Subsequently appointed as General Manager of Store Operations. In June 2024, he assumed the role of Executive Officer. Currently, while remaining involved in store operations, he also leads the marketing division as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Kenji Nishiyama

Kenji Nishiyama

With over 16 years of experience in ACCEA’s training department and business operations in Japan, he has a proven track record in business strategy, operational improvements, and talent development. Currently, as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ACCEA Malaysia, he focuses on business expansion and operational efficiency.

Akira Sogabe

Akira Sogabe

Graduated from Kansai University, Faculty of Commerce. Joined the company in June 2005. From the third fiscal year after the company's founding, he participated in establishing the management department, contributing to the implementation of accounting systems and the structuring of financial operations. He played a crucial role in building the foundation of the management division and supporting the organization's growth. In February 2025, he will assume the position of Executive Officer & CFO.

Motoshige Murakami

Motoshige Murakami

He was registered as a lawyer in September 2008 and began his legal career at Ohara Law Office. After leaving the firm, he founded the Management Concierge Law Office, where he currently serves as the Representative Attorney. He has extensive expertise in civil law, commercial law, industry-specific regulations, labor law, and economic law. His primary practice focuses on human resources and labor-related matters, including labor tribunals and unfair labor practice claims. In addition, he is the Representative of Clarity Social Insurance and Labor Consultant Corporation, providing comprehensive support for labor issues by leveraging his dual qualifications as both a lawyer and a certified social insurance and labor consultant.

Chiharu Komachi

Chiharu Komachi

Graduated from Sophia University, Faculty of Foreign Studies, Department of Russian Language. After joining Mitsui & Co., Ltd., he worked in Düsseldorf and various other European countries. Later, he served as an Executive Officer at Japan Post Bank, an Outside Director at Cemedine, and an Executive Officer at Toppan Printing (now TOPPAN Holdings). In February 2025, he was appointed as an Outside Director of ACCEA Inc.

Takahiro Tomonaga

Takahiro Tomonaga

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Hokkaido University and joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd. After serving in Mitsui & Co. Germany and Mitsui & Co. Benelux, where he was involved in new business development and international information services, he held key positions at Mitsui & Co. Global Strategic Studies Institute, including Director of Industrial Information, Director of International Information, Director of Business Operations, and Executive Vice President. Later, he founded Office Tomonaga LLC as a Managing Partner. In January 2022, he assumed the position of Full-time Corporate Auditor at Accrea Co., Ltd.

Masafumi Asano

Masafumi Asano

Certified Public Accountant and Tax Accountant. Joined KPMG Tokyo Office (formerly the International Division of KPMG AZSA LLC) in 2001, where he was responsible for corporate law audits and financial instruments and exchange law audits for numerous domestic and international companies, including U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturers, German automobile manufacturers, and major Japanese security firms. Currently, he serves as the Representative of Collegia International Inc., providing advisory services focusing on IPO support and tax consulting for listed companies in Japan and abroad. He has authored multiple books, including The Optimization Manual for Financial Statements and Audit Costs (Chuokeizai-sha).

2002 Established Office ACCEA Ltd. in Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo.
2003 Location is moved to Araki-cho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
The capital is increased to 10 million yen and the company is reorganized as ACCEA Co.
Opened Yotsuya branch.
2005 Increased capital to 29.5 million yen through a third-party allocation of new shares.
Opened the Shibuya Namikibashi and Tamachi branches.
2006 Opened the Nishi-Shinjuku and Shinbashi branches.
Developed a web-based submission system and launched the service.
Increased capital to 48,437,500 yen through a third-party allocation of new shares.
2007 Acquired Privacy Mark certification.
2008 Otemachi, Okayama Ekimae, and Kanda Showa-dori branches were opened.
Increased capital to 66,437,500 yen through a third-party allocation of new shares.
2009 Opened the Yokohama Landmark Tower branch.

2015 Naha, Waseda, Shibuya Aoyama-dori, Kayabacho, Akihabara, Yotsuya, and Higobashi stores will open.
2016 Sapporo Kita-Nijo Store, Fushimi Store, Tameike-Sanno Store, tocoche Rakuten Ichiba Store, Toranomon Store, and Shibuya Store will open.
2017 Open the Sannomiya, New York, Shinjuku Gyoenmae, Tsukiji, and Hakata Ekimae stores.
2018 Open the Dojima, Roppongi, Gotanda, Omiya Station West Exit, Yokohama Station West Exit, and Sendai Aobadori branches.
2019 Bakurocho, Nankai Namba Station, Takadanobaba, Shinjuku South Exit, Kanda Showa-dori, Shin-Osaka Ekimae, Kanda, Chiba Ekimae, Hamamatsucho, Jimbocho, Higashi Ikebukuro, Sakae, Ebisu, Tenjin, and Tokyo Station Yaesu underground mall stores will open.
The company developed a new business model, the "Teleworkstation ACCEA CAFÉ," and opened its first store inside the ACCEA Shin-Osaka store.
2020 Opened Shijo-Karasuma, Kaihin-Makuhari, Sapporo Kita 3-jo, Ikebukuro Haleza Tower, Nagano Ekimae, TOC Ariake, and Toyocho stores.
Opened Ichikawa Production Center and Minamiurawa Production Center.
Started acrylic partition service.
2021 Opened Takanawa Gateway Sengakuji Station Store, Nagoya Ekimae Hirokoji Street Store, Kamiyacho Store, Kanazawa Korinbo Store, Kodenmacho Store, Hibiya Store, Sangenjaya Store, Gaienmae Store, Gate City Osaki Store, Kagoshima Chuo Store.
Teleworkstation ACCEA CAFÉs will be attached to 20 stores.
Opened a new fitness business,ACFit, in Kojimachi and Nishi-Shinjuku as a new business model.
Developed and launched BizSPOT, a business matching and teleworkstation application.
2022 Opened Shin Nihonbashi, Bakurocho, and Kofu Showa branches.
Started installing smart locks, smart lockers, and an unmanned reception system as part of the DX system.
